Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of facility infrastructure and systems
- Ensure all facility operations comply with medical industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors for facility repairs and improvements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain facility documentation, including SOPs and maintenance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new projects and facility expansions
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering, preferably in the medical industry
- Strong knowledge of facility management systems and best practices
- Familiarity with medical industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
