Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive failure analysis investigations on semiconductor devices using advanced tools like SEM, FIB, and TEM
- Design and execute root cause analysis methodologies to identify failure mechanisms in ICs and packaging
- Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to implement corrective actions
- Develop and optimize failure analysis procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Document detailed technical reports with actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous innovation in failure analysis techniques
- Support new product development by providing reliability insights during qualification phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor failure analysis
- Proficiency in FA tools: SEM, FIB, X-ray, electrical testing, and deprocessing techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources
- Experience with statistical process control and yield improvement methodologies
- Certification in Six Sigma or similar quality frameworks is advantageous
- Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical reporting
- Familiarity with JEDEC standards and industry best practices
