Join Renesas as a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer and lead cutting-edge investigations into semiconductor device failures. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive failure analysis investigations for semiconductor devices using advanced microscopy and material characterization techniques
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to determine failure mechanisms in complex electronic components
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality improvement
- Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to resolve critical technical issues
- Document detailed failure analysis reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging failure analysis methodologies and semiconductor technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and optimize failure analysis workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of semiconductor failure analysis experience
- Expertise in SEM, FIB, TEM, and other failure analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and device physics
- Proven ability to perform systematic root cause analysis
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
