As a Senior Field Application Engineer, you will be the technical face of our organization. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge to influence product architecture, troubleshoot complex engineering challenges, and collaborate closely with our sales teams to secure new business wins. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical design-in support to customers for semiconductor product lines.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify technical growth opportunities and expand market share.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and workshops for key client stakeholders.
- Analyze customer system requirements to propose, design, and optimize value-added technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and provide technical guidance on hardware/software implementation.
- Act as a key technical liaison between the customer engineering teams and internal suppliers.
- Monitor and report on emerging technology trends to internal stakeholders to maintain competitive advantages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Field Application Engineering or technical design support.
- Proven track record of supporting semiconductor product portfolios (MCU, Power, Analog, or Connectivity).
- Strong proficiency in PCB schematic design, hardware debugging, and system-level architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic distribution environment.
- Ability to travel regionally to support client meetings and technical onsite evaluations.
