We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Field Deployment Engineer to join our dynamic operations team in the East Region. As a Senior Field Deployment Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our project delivery. You will take ownership of the entire deployment lifecycle – from pre-installation site surveys to final system handover and customer training. You'll work closely with our clients, project managers, and remote engineering squads to ensure that every installation is seamless, secure, and scalable. This is a high-impact role where your technical expertise directly shapes the reliability and performance of critical national infrastructure.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of hardware integration, network configuration, and field support. You will not only deploy systems but also act as the eyes and ears of the engineering team, providing invaluable feedback from the field to improve product design and deployment efficiency. Your ability to handle complex technical challenges under site conditions while maintaining excellent customer relationships will set you apart.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Vizzio's hardware and software systems at client sites across the East Region, adhering to project timelines and technical specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess infrastructure readiness, including power, networking, and physical security requirements.
- Install, configure, and integrate advanced systems such as AI-powered cameras, servers, storage arrays, and networking equipment.
- Perform rigorous system testing, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and zero-defect handover.
- Provide on-site training to end-users and client technical teams, ensuring smooth adoption and operational excellence.
- Maintain meticulous records of deployments, configurations, and site documentation for compliance and future upgrades.
- Mentor junior field engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment playbooks and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in field deployment, technical support, or system integration.
- Strong grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, VLANs) and server administration (Windows/Linux).
- Proven experience with CCTV, IP video surveillance, or smart building/IoT systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, layout drawings, and network topology diagrams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Valid Class 3 driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the East Region and across Singapore.
- Singaporean / Permanent Resident preferred due to project requirements.
