Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of complex technical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime for customers.
- Provide expert-level technical support and training to clients regarding system operations and preventative maintenance.
- Draft detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all field activities and parts usage.
- Manage customer expectations by providing clear, professional communication during service visits.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate recurring issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and industry regulations while working at customer sites.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Field Service Engineer or equivalent technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Central Region as required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
