Tanggung Jawab
- Perform expert-level diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on heavy machinery and material handling equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and field support to clients to ensure maximum equipment uptime and performance.
- Conduct on-site inspections and commissioning of new equipment installations.
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation for all interventions.
- Mentor junior service engineers and provide training on new equipment modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical system failures.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety standards and site-specific operational protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in field service, specifically with heavy equipment or material handling systems.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is required for travel to various site locations.
