Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the performance of filling and packaging production lines to ensure output targets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize line efficiency, reduce waste, and improve OEE.
- Manage technical troubleshooting and lead root cause analysis for complex machinery breakdowns.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Supervise equipment upgrades, commissioning, and validation processes for new packaging lines.
- Ensure full compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and Quality standards across all operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a culture of technical excellence and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in packaging and filling operations, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Deep technical understanding of filling machines, labeling equipment, and automated packaging lines.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, automation, and industrial control systems.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing methodologies and SAP or equivalent ERP software is highly preferred.
