Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of high-performance filtration products.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models for prototyping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product realization.
- Conduct design validation, performance testing, and failure analysis to optimize product efficiency.
- Stay abreast of global industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Mentor junior design engineers and contribute to departmental technical training.
- Ensure all design documentation complies with company standards and international safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product design, preferably within the filtration or manufacturing industry.
- Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Deep understanding of filtration materials, fluid dynamics, and manufacturing processes like injection molding or extrusion.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
