Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance (PPh, PPN, etc.) to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, monitoring performance against actuals and providing variance analysis.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timely output.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions for smooth financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
