Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and financial auditing standards.
- Monitor daily cash flow and manage the company’s budget effectively to ensure financial stability.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Review and approve expense reports and financial documentation for accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial forecasting and strategic planning support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Finance or Accounting position.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax laws.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as MYOB, SAP, or Xero.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
