Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of the general ledger and financial reporting processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
- Oversee all tax compliance activities, including PPh 21/23/25/29 and PPN reporting (e-Faktur).
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain precise accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring to ensure operational liquidity.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and conduct variance analysis to report on financial performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax authorities during audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
