Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including AP/AR, reconciliation, and tax reporting.
- Collaborate with the IT/Product team to implement and refine AI-powered automated workflows.
- Oversee financial data integrity by auditing AI-generated reports and automated entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with high attention to detail.
- Optimize cash flow management and improve efficiency through digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to local financial regulations and tax compliance (Pajak/PPh/PPN).
- Provide actionable financial insights to management using real-time data analytics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Finance or Accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in modern accounting software and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI-tools, automation software, or digital transformation in finance.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation laws and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical aptitude.
- Professional fluency in Indonesian and English.
