Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial and accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and process VAT invoices (Faktur Pajak) accurately and on time.
- Generate monthly PPh 21 reports and ensure timely tax filing.
- Maintain comprehensive tax documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, performing regular reconciliations.
- Provide support to management regarding financial reporting and budgetary analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, and PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
