We are currently seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax professional to lead our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Oversee tax planning, tax calculation, and timely filing of corporate tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN).
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and budget monitoring.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal consultants as required.
- Maintain internal financial controls and improve existing accounting processes.
- Support management with comprehensive financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting and tax roles.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
