Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Oversee all tax-related filings, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN), ensuring 100% compliance.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage cash flow forecasting to support operational stability.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and internal departments regarding financial inquiries.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiencies.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and supported by appropriate documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly.
