You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring tax compliance in a dynamic regulatory environment, and providing data-driven financial insights that support our business expansion. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of general ledger accounting, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) and manage tax filing processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities to ensure optimal cash flow management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to track budgets, expenses, and financial performance against KPIs.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities for statutory reporting.
- Implement and improve internal control procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (Brevet A/B) is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in accounting, with specific experience in the Fintech or Financial Services industry preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and prevailing tax regulations.
- Strong command of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multi-tasking under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a high-performing team.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
