Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop finance teams while establishing departmental KPIs and performance metrics
- Design and implement advanced MIS solutions for real-time financial data analysis
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance
- Develop strategic financial models supporting business expansion and cost optimization
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate financial terms with key stakeholders
- Conduct internal audits and implement continuous improvement frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years' experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, or S1 Akuntansi) preferred
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax codes and financial regulations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Experience in garment manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred
