Precision Installations is seeking a high-caliber Senior Finance and Tax Controller to spearhead our financial operations and tax compliance framework across the APAC region. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies across APAC entities to ensure long-term profitability and compliance.
- Lead and mentor regional finance teams to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Oversee regional tax planning, ensuring full compliance with local and international tax laws (CIT, VAT, WHT).
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with strict adherence to IFRS/local GAAP.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial controls and internal audit processes.
- Manage external stakeholder relationships, including auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors.
- Prepare complex financial analysis and dashboards to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and monitor intercompany billing frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CA, or ACCA certification highly preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior finance management within the APAC region.
- Deep understanding of APAC tax regulations and cross-border financial structures.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), and BI tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams across different cultural landscapes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in local business languages.
- Proven ability to manage financial risks in a volatile or rapid-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous eye for detail and regulatory accuracy.
