Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance BI dashboards and analytical tools to support the Finance department.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify financial data requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Automate manual financial reporting processes to increase data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to provide actionable insights on cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across all financial databases and reporting platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert/consultant for internal teams on data visualization best practices and financial modeling.
- Lead data migration and digital transformation initiatives within the finance infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or financial systems analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Expertise in BI visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, FP&A processes, and KPI development.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and ETL pipeline development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical financial stakeholders.
