Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing.
- Perform accurate and timely journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors to ensure statutory and tax compliance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
