Join Private Advertiser as a Senior Finance Manager and lead critical financial operations for our construction projects. In this strategic role, you'll oversee all finance, accounting, and tax compliance activities, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory adherence while driving project profitability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust financial strategies, optimize resource allocation, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to shape financial processes in a dynamic construction environment while mentoring junior finance professionals. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, construction accounting, and financial risk management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations for construction projects including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls to ensure adherence to Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Coordinate with tax authorities to ensure timely filing of returns and optimize tax strategies
- Develop financial models and conduct feasibility studies for new construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor costs, manage cash flow, and ensure profitability targets
- Mentor and develop finance team members through training and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in construction industry accounting and project cost management
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, VAT, and corporate compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel with financial modeling skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional finance teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
