Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Group Complex Division
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives to drive profitability
- Manage risk assessment and internal control frameworks across divisional operations
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and systems
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams through coaching and training
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for complex/diversified businesses
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
