Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes for medical services
- Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management
- Coordinate with insurance companies for reimbursement processing
- Implement internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Train staff on financial procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical/hospital finance
- Expertise in healthcare billing systems and regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
