PT Asia Pasifik Logistik is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance & Tax Specialist to join our team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, overseeing critical accounting functions, ensuring seamless tax compliance, and providing actionable insights for our operational growth.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the financial reporting cycle, manage complex tax obligations, and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing the full cycle of corporate financial recording and monthly/annual financial reporting.
- Ensuring timely and accurate tax calculation, filing, and payment (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN/VAT).
- Developing and maintaining systematic internal controls to optimize administrative efficiency.
- Liaising with external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government bodies regarding compliance matters.
- Monitoring cash flow, bank reconciliations, and account payables/receivables.
- Analyzing financial data to provide actionable reports for management decision-making.
- Updating documentation to remain compliant with the latest Indonesian tax legislation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Tax Laws and regulations (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
- Advanced technical skills in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial statements and handle complex tax reconciliations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
