Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial administration and general ledger accounting operations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN).
- Prepare and submit tax reports (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT) accurately and before deadlines.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during annual financial audits.
- Analyze financial variances and provide suggestions for cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and Brevet A/B certification is a significant advantage.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Deep understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Excellent analytical thinking, high integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
