Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain long-term financial budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
- Develop and execute sophisticated tax models to ensure fiscal efficiency and statutory compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis for executive review.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to accounting standards (PSAK).
- Monitor and evaluate investment performance, providing risk assessments for high-stakes capital allocation.
- Lead the reconciliation of complex accounts and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory tax authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CA designation is a strong advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with an obsessive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of professional integrity and ability to manage confidential corporate data.
