We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region. In this pivotal role, you will specialize in comprehensive estate and legacy planning, helping clients secure their financial futures while achieving their long-term wealth goals. This position offers a competitive base salary of RM 7,000 – RM 8,000 per month, combined with a monthly allowance and an uncapped commission structure designed to reward high performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses and estate planning reviews for prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and present customized financial strategies and legacy plans tailored to individual client goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the mentorship team to continuously improve financial advisory techniques and sales processes.
- Ensure all financial recommendations comply with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
- Track market trends and economic indicators to provide timely investment advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (3+ years of experience preferred).
- CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) certification is highly preferred and considered a strong asset.
- Proven track record in financial sales, client relationship management, and portfolio management.
- Strong working knowledge of insurance products, trusts, and investment vehicles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Klang Valley region.
