Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of fire protection systems for LTA and MRT infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate fire safety system integration with ACMV and MEP services to ensure seamless operation.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and design documents in compliance with SCDF and FSSD requirements.
- Manage project schedules, site inspections, and progress reporting to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities, and consultants to secure necessary approvals and certifications.
- Supervise testing and commissioning (T&C) activities for fire alarms, sprinklers, and gas suppression systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in fire protection systems within the ACMV/Construction sector.
- Proven experience working on LTA or MRT projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Fire Codes (SS 575, CP 10, CP 29, CP 52) and SCDF regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software for engineering design.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or Professional Engineer (PE) status is a plus.
