Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, design, and implement complex FPGA-based firmware solutions for waveform-centric defense systems.
- Lead the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system architecture to RTL design, simulation, and hardware-in-the-loop verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, to integrate firmware into high-performance communication platforms.
- Conduct advanced signal processing algorithm implementation using HDL (VHDL/Verilog) with a focus on latency optimization and throughput.
- Perform comprehensive testing, debugging, and optimization of FPGA designs to ensure compliance with strict performance and security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal design methodologies and coding standards.
- Document technical designs and specifications to ensure maintainability and scalability of critical security infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in FPGA development, specifically with Xilinx or Intel (Altera) architectures.
- Expert-level proficiency in hardware description languages (VHDL or Verilog/SystemVerilog).
- Strong understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) concepts and their implementation on FPGA hardware.
- Experience with high-speed interface protocols (e.g., PCIe, JESD204B, Ethernet, Aurora).
- Proven track record in simulation, synthesis, timing closure, and hardware debugging using logic analyzers/oscilloscopes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, mission-critical environment.
- Prior experience in the defense or security industry will be considered a significant advantage.
