Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the entire freight forwarding process, from booking to final delivery.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure seamless clearance and handling of shipments.
- Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Analyze shipping data to identify trends and optimize logistics routes for cost efficiency.
- Resolve complex shipping discrepancies and handle emergency logistics situations effectively.
- Prepare and review essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and ensure full compliance with local and international regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and import/export procedures.
- Proficiency in using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with service providers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
