Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and optimize daily freight operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Manage logistics teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance metrics
- Ensure strict compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
- Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control measures
- Develop and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee shipment documentation and ensure accuracy of freight paperwork
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and clients

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight operations or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards
- Proven track record in cost control and process optimization
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in logistics software and TMS platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
