Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage all front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the front office team, fostering a culture of excellent guest service.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with speed and accuracy, utilizing property management systems.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Manage cash transactions, billing, and credit card procedures accurately.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Prepare daily reports and conduct shift briefings, ensuring clear communication within the team.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel setting.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team supervision and training.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such; experience with Opera, Fidelio, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly desirable.
