- Lead the front-end development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Build and modify responsive web pages and applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Translate visual mockups and wireframes into interactive, cross-browser-compatible code.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to elevate team performance.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize user experience and implement design specifications accurately.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs for dynamic data rendering.
- Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and propose improvements to our tech stack.
- Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards and performance benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git), build tools (Webpack, Gulp), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to visual detail.
- Experience leading projects and mentoring development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
