Tanggung Jawab
- Lead optimization of front-end semiconductor manufacturing processes including lithography, etching, and deposition
- Develop and implement process control strategies to enhance yield and reduce production costs
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to standardize manufacturing best practices
- Analyze production data using statistical methods to identify improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Manage technology transfers between manufacturing sites while maintaining quality standards
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians on advanced manufacturing techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with 3+ years in front-end processes
- Expertise in semiconductor fabrication technologies and process integration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SPC, DOE, and data-driven problem-solving
- Proficiency in manufacturing automation systems and process control software
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across global teams
