Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the front-end development landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
