- Lead the development of responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks based on visual briefs and design specifications
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional web applications
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks, recommending improvements to our development processes
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development workflow
- Debug and resolve issues across various platforms and browsers to ensure optimal user experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Experience with build tools and task runners like Webpack, Gulp, or Parcel
- Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
