Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
- Manage and improve the monorepo pipeline to streamline deployment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
- Debug and resolve complex frontend issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Deep understanding of TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and HTML5/CSS3.
- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR) is required.
- Proficiency in state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand).
- Familiarity with modern CSS solutions like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
- Experience managing monorepos using tools like Nx, Turborepo, or Yarn Workspaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.
