Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end development of scalable full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) and Node.js
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure
- Optimize application performance through database tuning (SQL/NoSQL) and front-end optimization techniques
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment
- Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and user experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and at least one modern front-end framework
- Strong back-end skills with Node.js, Python, or Java, including API design and database optimization
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Experience with testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
