Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services and APIs for enterprise-grade fintech applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and elegant code.
- Implement rigorous security standards to ensure compliance with global fintech regulations.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability for heavy transaction volumes.
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to ensure best practices across the engineering department.
- Bridge the gap between frontend interfaces and backend logic to provide seamless user experiences.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in system architecture to maintain 99.9% uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Proven experience working in the Fintech industry or high-security, high-transaction environments.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in database design and management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote/distributed team environment.
