Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong command of PHP to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications. You will bridge the gap between front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and make a significant impact.
As a Senior developer, you will take ownership of technical deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to our architectural decisions. You will also mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development.
Important Requirement: This position is open to Malaysian citizens only. Candidates must be proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) to facilitate effective communication with our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel) and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js / React).
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development are followed across the team.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the security and stability of the systems.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Manage and optimize database schemas, queries, and data migrations (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on PHP development.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory. Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Extensive experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter).
- Strong front-end skills with Vue.js, React, or Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and performance optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly valued.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
