Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Ensure all software solutions comply with strict government security standards and data protection regulations.
- Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions to ensure best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and ensure stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Extensive experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software security principles, OWASP, and secure coding practices.
- Experience working in the government or public sector is highly desirable.
