Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the maintenance and evolution of enterprise-grade Java applications, ensuring long-term stability and performance.
- Provide 24/7 production support and incident management, performing root cause analysis for critical system issues.
- Architect and implement technical solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior engineers alike.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to meet enterprise standards.
- Document technical processes, system architecture, and operational procedures for the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core, Collections, Concurrency) and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and SQL optimization.
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer in a support/maintenance environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a production support capacity.
