- Lead end-to-end development of full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js) and backend technologies
- Architect scalable solutions for HR systems, integrating with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and databases
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards
- Optimize application performance and implement security best practices
- Work in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with proven track record
- Expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java)
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and API development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-cultural teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
