Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of our web and mobile applications, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on SEO and security.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance to enhance user retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Expertise in backend technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
