Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Drive the evolution of the web platform by implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices in performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to transform wireframes into functional, high-fidelity digital experiences.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through detailed code reviews, technical workshops, and architectural guidance.
- Ensure the security and reliability of applications by implementing robust testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate complex backend microservices with modern frontend frameworks to ensure a seamless data flow.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full technology stack.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in full-stack web development within a cloud-native environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, specifically in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Proven expertise in managing relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, including serverless architectures and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Solid grasp of modern web performance metrics, SEO principles, and security best practices (OWASP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical roadmaps in an Agile environment.
