Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable fullstack web applications using modern technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions to improve system stability.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry best practices to drive technical innovation within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or PHP).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards technical leadership.
