Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Document test results, defects, and provide detailed reports to development teams for prompt resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Identify, document, and track software bugs using defect tracking tools and maintain accurate bug logs
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in software testing, with focus on functional testing
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in test case creation, test execution, and defect management tools
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting is a plus
