Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mutual fund operations, including NAV calculation and distribution.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy of fund accounting records.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies regarding fund management.
- Prepare and review operational reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external custodians to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Fund Operations, Mutual Funds, or Asset Management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting software.
- Excellent understanding of fund accounting principles, NAV calculations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
