- Oversee and manage all aspects of fund operations for the family office's investment portfolio
- Monitor external fund performance, conducting regular due diligence and risk assessments
- Strengthen governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with investment teams to align operational strategies with investment objectives
- Implement and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external fund managers and service providers
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting fund operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in fund operations, with at least 3-5 years in a family office or similar environment
- Proven track record of managing diverse investment portfolios across multiple asset classes
- In-depth knowledge of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in Singapore and international jurisdictions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in fund accounting software and financial analysis tools
- CFA, CAIA, or similar professional designation highly desirable
